Meet the Founder

Eric Halme | Founder & President

Growing up in a large family deeply rooted in the construction industry, Eric understood early on the importance of building strong relationships. At just 16, he joined the family construction business while simultaneously earning a degree in Construction Management.

Eric spent the next eight years working hands-on in the field, constructing custom homes and public commercial buildings. He then moved into leadership roles with a heavy civil contractor, where he managed preconstruction, operations, and project delivery—and became part owner of the company for five years.

In 2021, Eric returned to his passion: commercial construction. He launched Halme Cascade with a clear goal—to lead with service, prioritize relationships, and deliver projects that exceed expectations.
