A community-focused treatment facility supporting inpatient and outpatient care, group programming, and peer support services. Delivered in partnership with Jackola, this project emphasizes coordinated design, efficient delivery, and future campus growth.

The NATIVE Project is designated as a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) and Urban Indian Health Clinic.

The Reardan Primary Care Clinic is a new healthcare facility developed to expand access to quality medical services for the surrounding rural community. Replacing an existing undersized clinic, the project supports improved patient care, increased capacity, and long-term growth for Lincoln Hospital & Clinics.

This 4,100 SF facility is designed to provide modern, efficient clinical space while supporting the addition of healthcare services and jobs in the region. The project reflects a long-term investment in rural healthcare infrastructure, helping ensure continued access to care for the Reardan community and surrounding areas.

The Scale House Market transforms a historic site into Spokane’s first permanent, year-round farmers market and agricultural hub—creating a central space for local food, education, and community connection. Developed in partnership with the Spokane Conservation District, the project supports regional farmers, small businesses, and improved access to fresh, local products.

The project includes renovation of the existing structure into an indoor mercantile, commercial kitchen, and flexible vendor space, along with an outdoor market area for seasonal use and community events. Halme Cascade worked closely with the design team to support constructability, cost alignment, and phased planning—helping bring the vision to life while maintaining a practical, buildable approach.
